Therapeutic Group Homes

Therapeutic Group Homes

Our therapeutic group homes provide a nurturing, structured environment that bridges the gap between outpatient mental health services and PRTF residential care. Treatment is tailored to meet the needs of youth facing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.

With a family-style setting, our homes focus on creating a supportive atmosphere for healing and growth. By fostering a safe, engaging environment, we help youth build resilience, develop essential life skills, and attain their goals for a brighter future.

Who We Serve

Our therapeutic group homes provide care for boys and girls between the ages of 8 and 17.5, offering support tailored to their unique needs during these critical years of growth and development.

Our Locations

We have ten homes situated in the vibrant communities of Billings, Boulder, Helena, and Great Falls, allowing youth to benefit from local resources and amenities.

Our Treatment Approach

Our team of caring, experienced professionals offers a welcoming environment where each young person feels valued and supported, embracing an approach that emphasizes building strong, trusting relationships while recognizing and reinforcing each child’s strengths.

Individual & Family Therapy

Treatment includes individual, family, and group therapy sessions, emphasizing personalized care that addresses each child’s emotional and psychological well-being.

Treatment Coordination

Treatment coordinators work closely with each child and their family to create a tailored support plan to meet individualized needs.

Chemical Dependency Counseling

Mental health and substance use issues can often come hand in hand. For youth with a history of chemical dependency, we may provide specialized counseling with a licensed addiction counselor who supports youth on their journey to recovery.

Treatment for Sexual Behavior Problems

For youth with specialized needs surrounding sexualized behavior problems, we provide intensive therapeutic group home and day treatment services through our Boulder campus with MSOTA supervision.

What We Provide

Our therapeutic group homes offer more than care—they provide stability, support, and opportunities for growth, ensuring every child has the tools to heal, learn, and thrive.

24-Hour Support

Our homes offer a round-the-clock structured environment where a caring team is available to provide supervision and guidance.

Educational Opportunities

Kids at our group homes can attend public school or participate in an alternative educational program depending on their individualized needs. We encourage them to take part in extracurricular activities and volunteer opportunities to promote personal growth and social skills.

Recreational Activities

Our homes engage residents in cultural, sports, and leisure activities. We organize outdoor recreation and community events that provide opportunities for fun, teamwork, and personal expression.
